- For single women traveling alone. This document is required to be signed by the muhrem, and stamped by a notary.
- For women traveling with a relative other than the Muhrem. This document is required to be signed by the muhrem, and stamped by a notary.
- For women traveling with our group. This document is required to be signed by the muhrem, and stamped by a notary.

Proof of Conversion to Islam
For new Muslims who converted from a different religion. This documents needs to be signed by a certified mosque administration.
